Yedigöl Aksu Hydroelectric Power Plant Project Stakeholder Management

Having entered the energy sector in 2007, Brosan partnered with EnBW AG, third biggest energy company of Germany, and incorporated Borusan EnBW Energy in 2009 (50% shares). The company invests mainly in renewable energy resources. And, Encore İletişim Danışmanlık offered strategic communication consultancy for such investments and provided expert support for stakeholder management and participation. In addition to all these, Encore İletişim Danışmanlık managed the participation of stakeholders for Borusan EnBW Energy’s Fatsa Hydroelectric Power Plant Project (at feasibility phase) and Yedigöl Aksu Hydroelectric Power Plant Project (at commissioning phase) and directed sustainable community development processes in the project regions.
